This construction withstands the extreme torsional loads, shock impacts, and continuous vibration typical of crane runways and conveyor systems, while maintaining precise geometric alignment between the collector arm and the conductor bar. The bracket supports total loads up to 80 kg (collector arm + display + cable bundles) without measurable deflection.

The bracket incorporates a dedicated, reinforced mounting plate – positioned at an ergonomic 15° upward tilt – with multiple hole patterns including:

• VESA 75*75 and 100*100 for standard industrial displays.

• Custom threaded inserts for proprietary display housings.

• Slotted adjustment holes allowing ±10 mm lateral and ±5 mm vertical repositioning of the display for optimal viewing angle.

This platform is isolated from the main collector arm pivot point by a set of elastomeric dampers, reducing high‑frequency vibration transmission to the display and significantly improving screen readability and electronic component longevity.

While designated as a “fixed" bracket, it offers critical fine‑adjustment features:

• Height adjustment – slotted mounting holes and shim packs allow ±15 mm vertical tuning to match the collector shoe engagement height with the conductor bar.

• Lateral centering – a cam‑adjustable pivot bushing permits ±5 mm side‑to‑side movement for precise alignment with the power rail.
